I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Sutton Real Estate Company. Any issues that arise are promptly taken care of by the building manager with no hesitation. The building manager also spends his own time tending to the cleanliness of the building, as well as the beautiful landscaping outside the building, maintaining a clean and enjoyable living environment for all of the tenants.

I live in the Bevier Memorial Building in Rochester with my small family. We moved in two months ago, and I can't say enough good things about living here in this community. The building is very well maintained, our apartment is gorgeous, and the people who live here are extremely generous. A special shoutout to Ken, our property manager, who always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents have a pleasant experience during their time here.

My time at Harbor Street Lofts the past couple of years since I came, has been very nice. The building has wonderful amenities, they keep it consistently clean, and it's quiet for the most part. Angela the building manager is proficient at keeping everything at a high standard. She takes great care of the tenants, working with them, and being an advocate if necessary. I'm so glad she's there.

I live at a Sutton Real Estate Property in Rochester, NY. This building and grounds are always maintained to the highest levels. It's easily the cleanest and sharpest looking property I've ever lived in. The management company provides an easy way to pay bills online, schedule payments, and contact them if anything is needed. The people they put in charge of their properties is one of the selling features of this property, along with the upkeep of this historic building. While I can only speak of this apartment in Rochester, I wouldn't wait on viewing this property or others within their portfolio. Hope this helps.

Have been renting a unit in Rochester through Sutton for a few years. Love our apartment and love the building. A rare gem for sure. The buildings manager Ken is the best and a big reason why our experience here has been so positive. He’s always quick to respond and takes action when action is needed. He has facilitated a sense of community here that I have not experienced at any other rental property.

I live at the Lofts at Franklin Square. Linda (the property manager) has gone above and beyond to make my move seamless -- no email goes unanswered! My apartment is gorgeous, the location is wonderful, and everyone at Sutton is super accommodating. Wonderful experience all the way around, rent with confidence.

I had an amazing three-year stay at Hidden Valley Apartments, managed by Sutton Real Estate. The maintenance service was top-notch, with quick responses to my requests, including replacing my fridge and dishwasher. Tony, the maintenance guy, was incredibly polite and always ready to assist. The property itself was in excellent condition and well-maintained. Regular inspections ensured a safe living environment. The pricing was fair, and the communication with the management was outstanding. Nikki, the manager, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. I also appreciated the convenience of free parking for residents. Overall, I highly recommend Hidden Valley Apartments and Sutton Real Estate. Thank you!

Best management and management systems in place ❤️ Always clean, maintainance available if needed ❤️ Emmergency services available 24/7 ❤️ Very large rooms and seating room ❤️ I have a lot of best experiences to say about this place, for now let me cite the above-mentioned but a few. Living at a Sutton Real Estate apartment complex has been amazing. I was recommended the complex by a friend and I'm so glad I listened to them. When I first reached out about renting they were flexible about the start date of the lease. While living here the complex manager has been polite and helpful around every turn. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and the workers themselves are very respectful of your space while in the apartment. Communal spaces are always clean, on site amenities are conveniently located, and parking is never an issue. Rent is also competitive compared to other apartments in the same neighborhood.

Linda Kelly and Sutton Real Estate have made my daughter's first rental experience so positive. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - super clean and freshly painted. All appliances work as desired, the building and grounds are neat and well kept, and the staff has been super friendly and helpful. They even left a welcome goodie bag!
